I’ve never encountered any crime or accidents while using Grab. The price is also displayed in the app beforehand, so there’s no need to worry about being overcharged.
However, please note the following:
▪ Grab automatically selects an incorrect destination
▪ Copying an address from Google Maps but going to the wrong store
▪ Searching by store name but finding it’s already taken
When searching for a store on Google Maps, **compare the name and address** before entering it into Grab.
